Unofficial Read OutEdit
Coating 1 and 2 both read out at .02% damage reduction per MC.
Coating 3 .023 %
Coating 4 .025%
This means that the more you spend, the better deal the damage reduction becomes. However because of the prohibitive cost of 2000 MC for the big package (40RPC) I really don't recommend purchasing anything above coating 2 until you are going to go up against a high damage opponent, or suspect a major loss. The main reason that I don't recommend just saving up is that coatings only last 5 battles. So no matter how little or much damage it blocks, it doesn't last any longer or shorter. 40RPC isn't a huge deal if you battle rarely, and rp often, but if you actually battle a lot or even just one after another, it adds up quickly.
Over all this style of coating gets a 3/5.
